Expert Advice for private Landlords
Dacorum Borough Council is inviting all private landlords with rental properties in the area (which includes Kings Langley) to their Landlords meeting.
The forum takes place on Tuesday 16 February, 6.30 - 9pm, at Haven House, 389 London Road, Hemel Hempstead.
The event is an opportunity for existing and potential landlords to get information about private renting and aims to share good practice with local private landlords.
There will be expert advice and information on topics useful for Landlords in the private rental sector, including a presentation from the Eastern Landlords Association, ‘The Credit Crunch - Survive and Thrive’ and one on Energy Conservation and grants available for heating and insulation.
Landlords will be able to hear from a panel of experts including council staff from Housing Benefits, Environmental Health, and Housing Options services as well as a representative from the Landlords’ Association, Dacorum Rent Aid and HomeLet.
